Service Arman (https://service.arman.bd) এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। এই শর্তাবলী (Terms & Conditions) আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট এবং সার্ভিস ব্যবহারের নিয়ম ও শর্ত ব্যাখ্যা করে। আপনি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করলে এই শর্তগুলো মেনে নিচ্ছেন বলে গণ্য হবে।

প্রতিটি সার্ভিস ক্লায়েন্টের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী প্রদান করা হয়।
৩. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
আপনি আমাদের সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করার সময়:
- সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করবেন
- অবৈধ বা ক্ষতিকর কাজে সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করবেন না
- আমাদের সার্ভিসের অপব্যবহার করবেন না
আপনার দেওয়া তথ্য এবং কার্যকলাপের জন্য আপনি নিজেই দায়ী থাকবেন।
৪. পেমেন্ট ও মূল্য
– সকল সার্ভিসের জন্য পেমেন্ট পূর্বে বা নির্ধারিত সময়ে করতে হবে – সার্ভিস অনুযায়ী মূল্য পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে – আমরা যেকোনো সময় মূল্য পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখি
পেমেন্ট সিকিউরিটি
আমাদের পেমেন্ট সিস্টেম নিরাপদ থার্ড-পার্টি (EPS) এর মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত হয়।
- আপনার পেমেন্ট সরাসরি আমাদের কাছে যায় না
- পেমেন্ট নির্দিষ্ট সময় (সাধারণত ২৪ ঘণ্টা) নিরাপদভাবে হোল্ড থাকে
- আপনার সন্তুষ্টির পরেই পেমেন্ট রিলিজ হয়
৫. সার্ভিস ডেলিভারি
– সার্ভিস ডেলিভারির সময় কাজের ধরন অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হয় – আমরা নির্ধারিত সময়ে কাজ শেষ করার চেষ্টা করি – ক্লায়েন্টের দেরি বা বাহ্যিক কারণে সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে
৬. রিভিশন (পরিবর্তন)
– ক্লায়েন্ট নির্দিষ্ট সীমার মধ্যে পরিবর্তন (revision) চাইতে পারবেন – অতিরিক্ত বা নতুন কাজের জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে
৭. রিফান্ড ও বাতিল
আমাদের রিফান্ড পলিসি ক্লায়েন্ট সুরক্ষার জন্য তৈরি করা হয়েছে:
- পেমেন্ট ২৪ ঘণ্টা পর্যন্ত হোল্ড থাকে
- সার্ভিস না পেলে ১০০% রিফান্ড পাওয়া যাবে
- রিফান্ডের জন্য নির্দিষ্ট নিয়ম অনুসরণ করতে হবে

৮. মালিকানা (Intellectual Property)
– সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্টের পর কাজের মালিকানা ক্লায়েন্টের হবে – আমরা আমাদের কাজ পোর্টফোলিওতে দেখাতে পারি – অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি বা বিক্রি করা যাবে না
৯. থার্ড-পার্টি সার্ভিস
আমরা কিছু ক্ষেত্রে থার্ড-পার্টি সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করতে পারি (যেমন: পেমেন্ট, হোস্টিং)।
- এসব সার্ভিসের সমস্যার জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকবো না
- ব্যবহারকারীদের তাদের নিজস্ব নীতিমালা মেনে চলতে হবে
১০. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
Service Arman নিম্নোক্ত বিষয়গুলোর জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না:
- পরোক্ষ বা আর্থিক ক্ষতি
- ডাটা বা মুনাফার ক্ষতি
- থার্ড-পার্টি সার্ভিসের সমস্যা
আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ দায়বদ্ধতা আপনার প্রদত্ত পেমেন্টের সীমার মধ্যে থাকবে।
১১. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও যোগাযোগ
আপনি আমাদের সাথে ফোন, ইমেইল বা সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ার মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করতে পারবেন। যোগাযোগ
১২. সার্ভিস বন্ধ করার অধিকার
আমরা যেকোনো সময়:
- অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি
- সার্ভিস বন্ধ করতে পারি
- ভুল বা অপব্যবহার হলে অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্লক করতে পারি
